Return and Refund Policy

Not a fan of the look on you? Not a problem! Raise a return request within 48 hours of product delivery and get a full refund! All GD* credit and cash is refunded barring rupees seventy. This seventy rupees is sent back to you as GD* credit for you to use!

Please make sure you satisfy all of the following points before raising a return request.

• A proper unboxing/unpacking video with no cuts and edits is a must in order to confirm the condition of the product you have received.
• Tags are intact and not tampered with.
• Label is safe as it is required to return the product (return delivery mandate)
• Product condition is the same as when received (unworn and unused)

Once we receive your shipment we will assess your garment and process your refund within 7 business days. Your refund will be sent via UPI or net banking only. You may request either of the two refund modes.

Evaluation Process and criteria:

1. The piece is checked for defects as defective** pieces are not accepted.
2. Condition of the piece is assessed – whether worn or washed, tag is required to be intact.
3. When the product passes our quality check, the amount paid and any GD credit used are refunded barring rupees seventy. This seventy rupees is sent back to you as GD credit for you to use!
