Swap out fits you're bored of. Send in cute outfits you don’t wear anymore and update your wardrobe with Erenge Lescott's unique and rare collection! 

In order to be eligible for our Good Deed program (AKA outfit swap), you will have to be a Erenge Lescott Client. 

To become a client simply shop your favourite Closet Green fits! Make at least one purchase (garment not accessory) with us and we will value you as a client for life.

As a client, you may send in one piece of garments every month and get 100% of its resale value as Good Deed points. Redeem these points on your next purchase at Erenege Lescott by paying for half your invoice value using your points. 

Fun tip: maintain outfits bought from us in pristine condition and send them back in to get paid in Good Deed Points!

Step 1: 

Send in unfiltered pictures of your clothes.

• 360 video
• Front picture 
• Back picture
• Hemline pictures

Please refrain from sending pictures that have your face in it.

We do not accept defective pieces. Defects include stains, rips, discoloration or similar issues in the garment.

Step 2:

Send us all details of the piece that you can.

• Brand (mandatory) - send a picture of the tag as evidence or share with us a valid invoice.
• Condition*  worn well / hardly worn / unworn / new with tags (mandatory)
• Other details (optional) 

*We will assess the condition of the garment before confirming the condition mentioned by you.

Step 3:

Pack and ship the order!

Please note that we are not responsible for your shipment in the off chance that it gets lost or is tampered with. We will be sharing with you an unboxing video as evidence/proof. 

Step 4:

Sit back and relax- you’ve done your good deed of the month! 

Once we receive your shipment we will assess your garment to make sure it meets Erenge Lescott's standards. If it passes our quality check and meets our standard, we will put a price on it and give you 100% of the value as Good Deed Points! Redeem this within a year.

Next we’ll model your outfit to give it its best shot at finding a new home. But don’t worry, your good deed points are not contingent on the sale of your garment. That’s our problem now.

In the off-chance that your garment has been disqualified, we will share with you an unboxing video, reasons for disqualification and photo evidence (if possible). You can choose to pay a standard fee of ₹70/- to have your garment shipped back to you or allow us to donate it to those in need or upcycle it <3  Garment resale value will not be paid for if the garment is disqualified.

Important Points to Note:

• Good Deed points are only valid for 12 months (one year). 
• 50% (half) of your invoice value can be paid for using your Good Deed points.
